This is another song that Sharp had pre-made for the album. He knows how much I love breakbeats so he played this track that already had his verse on it. I wrote my verse in the studio while Sharp gave me the idea for the hook and the bridge. Initially, I wanted Sharp to have a song all to himself on the album. He wasn't so keen on that idea so I convinced him to add another verse on this one. At the very end of the song, if you listen closely, you can hear me throw down my rhyme pad because I loved the way Sharp's last verse ends and he knocked it out in one take.
